Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. My desire is that all of my customers will be happy with their Wenta Pottery purchase. The best way to understand and appreciate the work is actually to see and touch the piece itself. I will issue a refund within 5 days of customer receiving their merchandise, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, and after the merchandise is returned intact. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their item. 
To start a return and/or to ask any return question, please contact Tena at wentapottery@bellsouth.net. Items sent back to Tena without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, pack your pottery carefully and mail your pottery to: 1297 Highland Hall Road Boone, NC 28607. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
